What the heck are Kelp Noodles?!?

Kelp noodles are pretty interesting, they are a raw food with a neutral flavor and a firm crunchy texture like a bean sprout. They are rich in 70 minerals and a healthy alternative to noodles containing no gluten, wheat or sugar. As an added benefit they are low in carbohydrates and calories, only 6 calories per serving.

Ingredients:

option for chicken, salmon, or tofu: kelp noodles, spiralized carrots, sliced veggies, roasted peanuts, wakame, cilantro, sesame seeds, scallions, jalapeños  

Sauce: georgia grinders cashew butter, garlic, tamari, tahini, ginger, maple syrup, lime

Heating & Care: Option to heat directly in the pan it comes in, for 15 minutes at 350F. Best if removed from pan and sauteed for 5-6 minutes on medium heat, with 1 tsp of high heat oil.
