We will reuse and recycle the bags each week, so you can leave it outside on Sundays for the delivery person to collect.

The entree dishes are compostable, and the others are recyclable! All glass jars can be returned to us along with the bag.

We are keeping it very simple – what you see is what you get! However, we are very aware of common allergens so most dishes are gluten-free, dairy free, and we always use high quality sources. 

Right now, we are doing delivery only! We also want to be mindful of our interactions, so we will be keeping all interactions in and out of the kitchen to a minimum.

We are always looking to foster long-term relationships with our food suppliers while positively impacting our food system by choosing vendors that align with our values. We always choose quality over quantity, and never partner with suppliers who use man made fertilizer and pesticides.

Because we don’t use any preservatives or stabilizers, almost all meals should last up to 4-7 days. Meals will stay fresh up for 4-7 days after delivery with proper refrigeration. All items have a use by date to help you! 

A diet rich in whole foods, especially fruits and vegetables, are a great source of vitamins, iron, calcium and antioxidants. Vegetables can also lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, stabilize blood sugar, help support a healthy gut and so much more!

All orders close Thursday at 5:00pm, and they will be delivered Sunday between 3:30pm-6:30pm.

Stop Think Chew’s Holistic Meal Delivery Program is based on a whole-food, plant-rich diet that includes high quality protein. Our ingredient commitment includes Grass-fed Beef, Springer Mountain Chicken, Wild Sustainably Caught Fish, and local whenever possible. More than 70% of meals are made using locally sourced vegetables, and when not local, we prioritize organic.

No, our menu rotates weekly and changes seasonally to use only the freshest, highest quality produce from trusted, consciously-chosen suppliers and local farmers. The menu will be posted Monday mornings!

Most dishes will be dairy-free and gluten free unless specified. However, if you have severe allergy we don’t recommend our meal program as we cannot guarantee there will be no cross-contamination within our facility or from venders.

We don’t count calories because we don’t believe they are a good metric for measuring a food’s nutrient quality. Instead of calories, we focus on things like whole food nutrition, vitamins, minerals, colors, and antioxidants. We like to focus on food as fuel, and with each meal, there is an opportunity to feel your best through eating an optimal amount of nutrients in the form of clean, whole, real foods.

The minimum is $75 – I don’t think you’ll have any trouble spending once you see the menu! So many delicious options!
